Terms of Service

Welcome to Wristlock. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wristlock mobile application (the "App") provided by Wristlock ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Use of the App

Wristlock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Use automated systems to access the App without our permission

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including watch photos, notes, and collection data ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to upload it. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, and branding, is owned by Wristlock and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may be offered through paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wristlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable period
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
